Blog Entry! This is what’s going on…
Okay, so thanks to everyone that is using the site and reporting things they like and don’t like. I can’t stress enough how important it is to get feedback from you guys. Seriously, any issue, problem, or suggestion you have don’t hesitate to tell us about it.
Support & Feedback
I encourage you to use the support site (http://support.superdvdrobot.com) to file these things. This makes it MUCH easier for me to track issues and resolve them quickly. You can tweet problems to us, bu I have a tendency to forget to log the tweet as a bug, as I mostly check Twitter from my phone.

Facebook & Twitter
I love Facebook and Twitter. I’m pretty heavy with the tweets because I tend to like that method of updating you guys and I can be a bit more haphazard about what I tell you guys. I’m not very secretive and I often tweet screenshots and videos of things I’m working on.

As for Facebook, we could really use more fans. If you’re on Facebook and you’re not a fan of ours, head over there and get that all sorted out. We may have Facebook-exclusive content at some point and you’re gonna be sad if you miss out on that.

Finally… Thanks and just try to bare with us as we work out the kinks…
It doesn’t say anywhere on the site, but this is a beta. We’re working with a lot of new things that haven’t been tested and as we find things broken and get support reports, I can iron out all the kinks and make things.
ONE MORE THING… here’s a brief list of stuff I’m working on.
- Retooling the search. - better, more relavant search results, filtering options, and a better layout.
- New home page - sorry about that Vimeo thing, guys. New home page layout coming to fix all that
- Collection/Wishlist grid view + sorting options + pagination
- I have a ton of new features coming, too, but I don’t want to reveal them, yet. Watch the Twitter for screens and video and whatnot :)
